We had a new furnace installed by Cool Breeze this week for a reasonable price (they came in at ~$1,000 less than the other quote we received). It’s not easy letting strangers into your home, but everyone we worked with was both friendly and professional. First, we worked with technician Josh Morgan, who prepared our quotes and advised on the possibility of moving the furnace to another location in the house. Installation was completed by Lewis and Nick. Both were a pleasure to work with—friendly, respectful, and with a good work ethic. Not to mention we like having a working furnace again. Just a quick shout-out to the team at Cool Breeze. After obtaining 3-4 quotes, Cool Breeze was very competitive and easy to work with. From the owner and sales team to the office manager, Belle Lopez...the process went very smoothly and efficiently. Their finance protocol was terrific for our needs with 18 months interest-free. Belle did a terrific job navigating that process for us. We had two terrific, very knowledgeable technicians. Roy (Manager) and Lewis were both very patient with me as I hung out and observed the entire new install...much to their chagrin, I'm sure, as I asked question after question. All in all, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend you consider Cool Breeze for your HVAC needs.

The only company I would recommend in Reno (and I dealt with many). Not only because they install the best AC system (Carrier), but also because of the people who work there. On July 18, Roy and Louis did absolutely the best job with the installation of both the AC and the furnace. Also appreciate Mike Stewart's help with getting the right system for us. Harlan Was an Absolute Rock Star
I hired Cool Breeze’s commercial department to help set up a walk-in refrigerator for our business. I was under quite a time crunch and as soon as I called, I was connected with Harlan. Harlan was an absolute rock star who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to get the job done in the time frame I needed. He offered to come out the same day to inspect my cooler and provide me with a quote. I was unable to meet him then, so he went out of his way to meet me early the next morning. He gave me a quote on repairs and I was able to explain the rush I was in to have it completed. He told me that he couldn’t promise it would be done in the time I needed, but that he would do everything possible to make it happen (I only had 3 days before I needed all work completed). And that he did, he had his guys out later that day to begin work. Unfortunately, the equipment I had already purchased was faulty so despite their hard work, the system failed after starting. Harlan gave me options to replace the broken parts, and worked with me to acquire them and install them only another day later, which was still before my deadline. He kept me informed the whole way along and did not exceed the quoted amounts I was told. I cannot recommend Harlan or Cool Breeze Refrigeration more. They were very competitively priced against other providers in the area, plus they were extremely prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable regarding commercial refrigeration. I will use them for all my needs going forward and would recommend them to anyone needing refrigeration work.
