I happened to stop by their Home Depot booth to see what they had to offer. Working with this team has been nothing but good experiences over the last month. Ali was amazing at making sure I had everything in order before she sent her team out so I didn’t waste my money on services that couldn’t be completed. Cody and Francois came to inspect my HVAC unit, schedule my vent cleaning and made sure my gas furnace was all ready for winter. They were completely transparent and didn’t mind explaining my system and what to look for if something goes wrong in the future. I had them give me a few quotes on other services they had to offer, but they didn’t pressure any extra service I didn’t need immediately. It is extremely helpful as a first-time home buyer to have an idea of future upgrades without feeling I need to replace everything all at once.
