Position Summary

The Residential HVAC Installer Apprentice supports the lead installer with the removal, installation, and setup of residential heating and cooling systems. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and looking for advancement opportunities in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with removal and installation of residential HVAC systems
• Support the lead installer while following manufacturer specifications
• Interact professionally with customers on-site
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customers’ homes
• Ensure job sites are cleaned daily and at project completion
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle inventory
• Arrive on time and complete tasks to company standards
• Lift up to 60 lbs
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC experience or completion of HVAC certification program
• High School Diploma required
• Tools preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
